finally did a 10km on 1 Sept
finally was able to do a 10km run this year on sept 1 at Safra Run. although the timimg was not the best, it was a good run for me personally as i have doubt my ability to finish a 10km run. the timing recorded was about 1h 16 mins nett time. next run will be in october for pioneer road run 2013. will be targetting to improve on the safra run timing
