**Liverpool heading to Istanbul**

Liverpool crash Chelsea hope of a treble when they beat Chelsea 1-0 at Anfield in this morning Champion League Semi-Final second leg to win 1-0 on aggregate
Having won the Premiership title last weekend and the Carling Cup by beating Liverpool 3-2 in Cardiff, Chelsea is seeking to end this season with a treble
But they hope were dashed by Sanz Luis Javier Garcia who scored in the 4th minute
Although the goal is much disputed but Liverpool defend firm for the rest of the night
Liverpool started the match looking for the early goal and got it in the fourth min when Gerrard poke the ball over the top for Baros. He was brought down by Chelsea keeper Cech but referee plays the advantage and Garcia was on hand to flick the ball towards goal.
Although Gallas was there to clear the ball off the line but the referee nevertheless ruled that the ball had crossed the line
But Whether the ball has crossed the line is the main talking point?
Although I watch the match and support Liverpool, I didn't think that the ball has crossed the line
But goal had been given, end of the story
Even Chelsea player are not protesting too much about the decision
Because Cech would have been sent off and they will have conceded a penalty if the referee had blown for the foul on Baros
Then it will be an uphill task playing with ten men, so Chelsea did not protest too much about the decision and get on with the match
Chelsea player must have thought that Liverpool defence will be as generous as those of Bayern and Barcelona who conceded gaol at home to Chelsea in the earlier round and paid the price
But Liverpool defence was in no mood for generousity and with Carragher again in top form they held on to the one goal advantage till the final whistle
But they were some nervey moment as I watch the match
In the 67th min, Lampard free kick was heading for the bottom corner, but Dudek was there with the all-important save. Let's forget about the soft-goal he conceded against Leverkusen in the last 16. That save right up to the most importangt save he made in his career.
Then in the 95th min, ball was miss by Dudek and Liverpool defence. It reach to Gudjohnsen with Dudek nowwhere near. He flah the effort across the face of the goal and WIDE
When the referee blow the final whistle, Anfield erupted. I was hoping up and down in joy
Liverpool finally reach the Champion League final after 20 long years
For PSV vs Milan tie, I am going for a PSV win, 2-1. But Milan will go through to the final with a aggregate score of 3-2.

**Chelsea are the EPL champion**

Chelsea won their first league title in 50 years after their 2-0 success at Bolton
Lampard grab both of Chelsea goal
Liverpool poor league form continues as they were held 1-1 by Middlesbrough
Liverpool's chance of finishing in the last champion league spot dealt with another setback
Liverpool need to win their two remainig game and hope all the other result goes their way
Tottenham beat Villa 5-1 in the league on sunday
Man Utd thrashed Chartlon 4-0 away
Next to Italy, Milan beat Fiorentina 2-1 away
Juventus beat Bologna 2-1 at Turin
This meant that both team are still neck to neck in the title race
The shocker of the week came from Parma
They started the day occupying relegation spot but crashed Livorno 6-4
Italy match are usually low scoring but this game produced a high-scoring affair
Now to Spain,
Both Barcelona and Real Madrid win at the weekend so they are still six point adrift of each other

**It's weekend again**

Today is Saturday and it is EPL time for many soccer fan
My prediction for this weekend match are as follow:
Brimmingham vs Blackburn
Brimmingham to win this match, 1-0 to Brimmingham
Fulham vs Everton
Fulham need points to confirm top flight status so I am going for a Fulham win, 1-0 to Fulham
Liverpool vs Middlesbrough
Liverpool have been poor in the league recently but they should be too strong as they are good at home for Boro. 3-1 to Liverpool
Man City vs Portsmouth
Man City are hitting form at the right moment and should see off Portsmouth, 2-0 to Man City
Newcastle vs Palace
Newcastle are not playing well, Palace play well in their 1-0 win against Pool so this will end in a 1-1 draw
Southampton vs Norwich
Southampton not playing well at the moment but they are strong at home so I am backing Southampton to win Norwich 3-1
Bolton vs Chelsea
Bolton are hard team to beat at the Reebok Stadium so I am picking Bolton to stall Chelsea celebration for another week by beating them 1-0
Tottenham vs Villa
One point and one place seperated them. Tottenham are strong at home and Villa are usually bad travellers so Tottenham should win, 3-2 to the home team
Charlton vs Man Utd
Man Utd had not play as well as they should have so as Charlton who are having a traditional end of the season slump. A 2-0 win to Man Utd is the more likely outcome
West Brom vs Arsenal
West Brom are third from bottom but they are still in with a chance to avoid relegation. but arsenal are tought opposition and realistically Arsenal should win this tie, 3-0 to Arsenal
Over in the La Liga, Barcelona should see off Albacete. 3-0 to Barca
Real Madrid will drop point this weekend. I see Sociedad beating Real Madrid 2-0
In Serie A, Juventus are neck to neck with AC Milan
Juventus should have no problem disposing Bologna in Turin. 1-0 to Juve
AC Milan face a tougher away game at Florence against Fiorentina
Fiorentina hold Juventus 3-3 at home recently and I see them helding Milan too. 2-2 the likely scoreline
That's all for today
