f*** up admin spec
I am quite disappointed with myself.
It is because until now, i failed to work well with my admin spec.
He give me the impression that he does not bother to do his job. He does thing very half- F*** one
And most importantly, he always will come out with excuses when something goes wrong.
He will always say forget about the problem and give excuses for his non-action.
Like for example today, there is two offices that was not locked after office hours.
I message him something along the line: hey room A that is not locked
He replied I noe that room A was not locked. i juz now msg u already cos the key with another person.
Did u receive it? (Excuses) **I never receive any message regarding Room A not locked.
Then i shoot back: I mean before you go off the work, never check the room got locked or not?
his reply- When i come back at around 6 plus cos i went to take things from my friend
I saw that Room A was not locked then i heard that u back already and could not find the person who i pass
the key to so i presume they pass the key back to u so i msg u. sorry that the message did not reach you. pai Seh.
Then i sent back- So u meant it is my responsibility to lock the room once get the key? Anyway no need to be
sorry. I should be the one to say sorry cos so late still message u and it is my responsibity to ensure that everything is locked. At the end of the day, anything that get lost, it is not your problem and I will bear full responsibility.
Then his reply: If you think and intepret this way then i have nothing else to say. Forget about it especially since my message did not reach you and you do not know about the message content. **Problem is I did not received the message and you keep stating that to forget about it.
If anything lost from Room A and i had to sign extra, do you really think that i will forget about the incident so easily?
He will not be subjected to any disciplinary action as he had ton of excuses and ton of ways to escape.
then poor me will have to suck thumb and accept the harsh reality.
